Invariably the camera does not work or a message appears saying it is being used by another piece of software.<BR /><BR />Both of these problems seemed to occur after the first Viao software upgrade that I installed (almost a year ago now and still not working correctly)<BR /><BR />I don't seem to be able to find a fourum link to solve these problems nor is there a specific download that would seem to solve the problems.
