TR1MP camera problem pl help

i have sony TR1MP the built in camera is not working. when i try to use it the camera screen goes from blue to black and no image shows. i had down loaded drivers,removed and reinstalled drivers the problem remains. i belive this is a common problem with TR modeles some one should know how to get this working.this is not a cheap unit cost me approx £1400+ pl help. i tried every thing reinsatall drivers.,un installing,the installing again no joy...pl help

Are you still using the original Sony supplied Windows XP Professional on your PCG-TR1MP.?

Did both your Camera and DVD problems start at the same time.?

Have you tried a system restore to a point when your camera was working.?
