    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've recently had to claim for a replacement laptop having dropped my VGN-TX1XP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having argued with the insurance company that I MUST have another replacement VAIO laptop, I'm not sure which of the current models would be comparable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone any thoughts on which models I can argue for when settling my accidental damage insurance claim?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Grendal and welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no direct replacement but as the TX1XP was an ultra-portable premium model costing in the region of £1,800 you should be looking at the Z-Series or the S-Series Vaios.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.uk/product/vnp-z-series/vpcz11x9e-b" target="_blank"&gt;Z-Series&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.uk/product/vnp-s-series/vpcs11v9e-b" target="_blank"&gt;S-Series&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;These have a larger screen at 13 inches - the only comparable Vaio with a 11 inch screen is the X-Series which is an excellent match for your TX but has no built in DVD Drive.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sonystyle.co.uk/SonyStyle/b2c/z_displayIFrame/%28xcm=PCM_b2ccrmstandard&amp;amp;Z_OMNI_CSINT=14002966%29/.do?z_rp_display_in_iframe=/mimes/openAccess/promotion/promotion_vaiox_en_gb.jsp&amp;amp;deencode=%3Fcsint%3D14002966" target="_blank"&gt;X-Series&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The X-Series is very desireable but on pure functionality the Z-Series is a better match.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ba/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
