    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;ClubVAIO Expert, thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I thought it may be Fn + F7 so I tried that but with no success. It looks like it may be a hardware fault in that case so I'll have to see if I can open it up as £55 just to look at the laptop is too painful and then God knows how much more to repair it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>PCG-K415B monitor no longer working</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I plug in an external monitor everything is displayed but using the PCG-K415B monitor it remains black. I cannot find a manual to help me troubleshoot so can anyone help? Local shops seem to want to charge the earth to investigate - any thoughts on potential causes?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd even thought it may be something simple like Presentation mode being switched on but cannot see where that is set. Probably not this though.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
