The camera isnt working and has never worked and im really confused why. i dont know much about technologie but could it be some thing to do with the drivers and if so where can i download it.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Tamakiwi and welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am guessing your model is actually a VGN-NS21M which uses generic windows drivers for the webcam. Try pressing the Windows key and typing R then type MSCONFIG into the Run box, click on the STARTUP Tab and check that Arcsoft is running automatically and is starting the camera during boot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ba/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
