One click care

Each time I click the one click care on my new sony (windows 7)a tab comes up that says the 'Directoty name is invalid' can anyone help? I am frustrated and at my wits end.

Hi Akwaisa,

welcome to Club VAIO..

Not sure if you have resolved your problem yet but if not try the following..

Click Start followed by control Panel.

In control panel click on Uninstall a program and remove Vaio update.

Once Vaio update has been removed go to Vaio support site and download the latest version of Vaio update.

download the updates from Vaio support..

To open Vaio support, either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model from the drop down list

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Downloads followed by updates locate Vaio update and follow the installation instructions.

If that doesn't help let us know..

also are you using the original pre-installed OS.?

What version of Vaio care is currently installed on your Vaio.?
