In the Help and Support Services window, &amp;gt;Fixing a problem, &amp;gt;Using System Restore to undo changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also in help &amp;amp; support fixing a problem there should be a wizard for startup &amp;amp; shut down problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi everyone i need some urgent advice and help.&lt;BR /&gt;i have a pcv-rs604 desktop.sudeenly it developed a problem.it is not shutting off i have to switch off by pressing on off button.&lt;BR /&gt;i have removed new software like voip buster etc.still no joy.&lt;BR /&gt;i am running norton internersecurity 2006 and bt yahoo on line protection.&lt;BR /&gt;please can any one advice.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks belgrave&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
