Hi, I need some help here, because sony doesn't bother in doing that. I've bought a vp, install it at my working computer at the office and everything was going just right, but 10 days ago, I bought a vaio notebook and when I installed the sonicstage and music transfer it said that I should erase all tracks. I've done it, but now I even can't transfer. SS puts that the memory of the vp is full when that's not right, and the vmt, starts to transfer but in the end puts error unknown, can't transfer.
Help me obi wan, your my only hope!!!!

If you know that, that would be great. I've lost the3000 songs that I had, the other day in an acces of madness.
