HELP!!! PCV-W1 KEYBOARD, SOME LETTERS WON'T WORK PLEASE HELP!!

Hello everyone

I am experencing a big problem with my W1/G Desktop system. Some keys on the right hand side of the keyboard wont work, i even reinstalled the operating system and still with no luck i have done everything but still with no luck, I connected a USB keyboard to the system and all keys work perfectly but still no luck with my Vaio keyboard If someone could help me to resolve this issue asap I would be ever so thankful even if this results in me opening the keyboard, the only thing is that i didnt want to open it as of yet until i have seen your suggestions on this issue.

Which keys are not functioning? There is little to be achieved by disassembling the keyboard btw…

Sorry I should have noted that from your original post.

These keys have dual functionality with the numeric keypad – do you by any chance have the NumLk key (function) turned on?
