      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you only have a CD-R/RW drive then you can also create a bootable CD with the flash program and BIOS update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A google search will find sites which explain the process - one of the best sites for instructions on how to create a bootable CD is &lt;A href="http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remember that BIOS updates should only be performed if you are having problems that are rectified by the update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
