Hi all, new to this forum, as I have just bougfht a Vaio FS115B

I have a Netgear ADSL router with a Netgear WAP unit running from it, My broadband connection is 2MB.

Up to now I have been using a WEP enabled system with a Netgear PCMCIA card into a Toshiba notebook. (G Version)

I have set up the Sony to use the system, and using the internal WiFi connection o9n the computer, I can access my e:mails and get connected to the internet with both IE and Firefox.
Now my problem is that after a while, I start to get "Connection dined" errors and no web pages on either browser, then I lose the connection of Outlook Express as well. The only way aorund the problem seems to be to reboot the Vaio.

Even if I connect it to the router via my lan cable the same errors appear. (I know the connection is OK as the main computer is wizzing through pages at the same time)

I have never had this problem with the Toshiba.

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA:smileyhappy:
