Motion eye on VGC-LN1M cannot detect..

I cannot install or find the camera driver for my desktop
I have tried going onto the sony website and installed all i could find however it still could not detect the motion eye. i've also tried downloading the arcsoft software however it didn't do anything to help me get the webcam to even work.. I currently use Windows 7
What other ways are there to get my built in webcam to work again ?

It worked until last week after a skype call and then after that the camera has not worked and i cannot find the camera drive on the device manager
