Rode draadloze microfoon werkt niet in nieuwe HDR-CX625

My wife is upgrading from phone & laptop videos to her new Camcorder to enhance her online Yoga work. She has been using her Rode Wireless mic's with great success on her phone/laptop. However, not successful at getting them to work with the new camcorder. Plugging them into the red audio jack simply gives no results. The instruction manual does not support, you-tube videos I cannot seem to find for this type of mic.

Anyone with advice? We would be most grateful.

Hoi @MayerNL
Als je gaat streamen neemt de computer nooit de microfoon van een aangesloten camera over, tenzij het een webcam is met microfoon. Je zult dan altijd een losse microfon moeten gebruiken of de ingebouwde microfoon van het apparaat dat je gebruikt om de connectie met youtube te maken.

If you're using the microphone jack shown here, and it still doesn't work, could be that the mic is not compatible with the camera. You can find all of the officially supported ones on Sony's website.
