Can anyone direct me to a place in the UK that sells the specific cleaning tape for the camcorder? I have been experiencing the grey lines on my screen

I have been looking online and I am quite confused as it shows 8mm, 4mm etc..

Also is the tape a use once tape or can you use it a numerous amount of times?

Your camera is miniDV, so you should look for a miniDV head cleaning tape like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/JVC-Mini-DV-Cleaning-Tape/dp/B0009WA02W

Check the instructions first, but they're usually good for a number of cleaning sessions, depending on the amount of residue they remove of course.
