Tripod and remote cx625

Own cx625 and wanting to record amateur live stream to Facebook live. I’m looking for guidance regards tripod for the job which is affordable ( looking at vct-vpr1). My sport is lawn bowls so not really fast paced game. I’m already using my hdmi slot on camcorder to connect my capture card.

Will I be able to use this tripod or would you suggest different one. I have Iphone so after research believe this won’t work as remote.

can I have some guidance/advice on what setup you would use please ?

Hi Mark, I don't have experience with this myself, but you'll find compatible tripods and other accessories if you select your camcorder model on this handy system chart here.
