Help needed please. How do I go back to the main menu? All it's saying is this? I wanted to resort factory setting but wasn't sure how to & couldn't delete videos so took memory card out to delete them on another device & after putting the memory card back in this is all I'm getting 😣😣

Hi @Lauralou1,

you probably connected the camera to your PC (presumably to charge it).

The screen is meant to tell you the camera can now be accessed as a mass sotrage device from your PCs file explorer.

To get back to the menu, simply unplug the camera from your PC.
