Hey guys,

After looking around the net i didn't find an exact answer so i try it here.

My sony Handycam used to work good, but now when i want to record the whole screen is blurry and when i zoom it at some point everything becomes clear, and when i zoom in more it becomes blurry again. So there is like one zoom point where everty is okay, but the rest of the time everything is blurry?

I think the auto focus is ON, All options that i found are on AUTO. So the 2nd option is that the lens is broken? But if so why would it work at some zoom point?

Hi @maartenvanhenkel,

It does sound like the lens or focus motor driver might be broken.

You can find out how to get it repaired here: http://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/repair

Thanks,
Cass
