I have an error - "no applicable files available" - it appears with gray icon on it in my camera.

I can't see the files on my computer, not on my camera and not in the PBM software.

How can I restore my ipmortant information?

Do you have any files appearing on the camera which seem to be 'greyed out' and then you are unable to open the files themselves? Or do you have no icons appearing at all and just the 'No Applicable Files Available' error message?

i have the same problem if you can help.

i have a camcorder HDR SR-12

i cant see my videos. it says no applicalble files available.

please help.
