Hi, community!
I can't find information about the new camcorders that Sony will release in 2017. Exhibition CES 2017 is over, but there is no news. Maybe someone knows something?

Im afraid they will not introduce any this year..

Camcorder market is suffering. Maybe Sony believes that the decrasing demand can be satisfied by the existing models which are still quite comtetitive (AX53, AX100) as the competitors apparently follow a similar approach..

No new flagship pana, no serious Canon was introduced on CES, if I remember well. (not taking into account the cameras with video capabilities and the pro series)

Perhaps announcements of new camcorders appear later. On the other hand, we see there are new models of cameras with advanced video features. But the camera has its own specifics, and many are not ready for such a change.

Shortly after IFA-fair they announced the FDR AX700, the PXW-Z90 and the HXR-NX80.
