When I USB connect the camcorder, I then have to press ''USB connect'' on the touchscreen to get it to work but the touchscreen is broken. I have tried using the camera remote but the buttons I actually want to press on the touchscreen don't seem to sync with the remote control. I am wondering whether there is any way I can connect my camcorder to the computer to transfer my data (video and photographs) onto my hard-disk. Can I somehow fix the touchscreen or is there a different way of transferring data?
