Hi I have a DCR-SR37E but cannot get my pc to recognise the device. I have installed a copy of play memories but still it does not recognise the device. Any ideas?

Hello Mate,

i have a cam i just bought it off Ebay no manual but downloaded it on pdf It tells you what to do but i get absolutley nothing either ?? sorry you proberbly had a glimmer of hope there

I cannot help, but I have y the same probllem with my DCR-SR37.
