Play memories home installation fail

Hi , Recently I have purchase DSC W830 cyber shot.

I am unable to install the PM Home software. I have tried all the troubleshoots available in the sony web.but still i am getting the same error. I am using windows 10 64 bit. Need suggestion.

I wonder if it will help if you install to a new/different directory

after selecting a custom install at the installation screen?
