However, it has now stopped working all together. I have done everything suggested by taking out the batteries then discharging the current by pressing the buttons, changed the batteries and reset the soundbar using the power and - button, plus turned it off.. The infrared is working when I look at it through the camera of a mobile phone but the remote still just doesn't work. I'm thinking the system must have developed a fault and I can't think of anything else I can do to get it working. I have an LG TV with Sky Q setup.
