Hi there

I would have thought you can do this. If you connect the NAS-S55HDE to the local network. Have a look at page 27 and 103 of the Manual : HERE. If you can import via a computer, I would have thought that you can export too

Hi,

Not sure if someone can help. I'm trying to recover a library of music that has accidently been deleted from a relatives PC. I do know however that the files were copied to a S55-HDE and backed up to a USB drive.

I haven't got the USB drive at the moment, but does anyone know if it's possible to extract the files out to restore back to the PC. I seem to remember before them not being in an MP3 format.

Many thanks

Hi thanks for the reply.

It doesn't seem that you can export back and I've just looked at the backup drive, only to find them as odd files named tgbk2 and about 65mb each.

I did manage to get access them from the NAS itself across the network, but all the metatags are stripped out unfortunately.
