XNV SensMe Support for iPhone

Hi all,

Got an XNV-L77BT recently, great bit of kit been using an old iPod Video for my music, super cool, however it doesn't support the 'Passenger Control' mode - fair enough I thought... I'll use my iPhone 3GS instead.

Thought I'd setup the SensMe software at the same time so I could use the mood function for playing music... but it would appear that the SensMe doesn't support the iPhone (and I can't find any support site or information for SensMe??). Now this is a) annoying, and b) misleading as the XNV box clearly states "made for iPhone" so where is the disclaimer/smallprint that the SensMe part of the £1200 car audio solution doesn't support it?!

So, it appears my solutions are:

1. I use my iPod Video for SensMe, but not Passenger Control

2. I use my iPhone 3GS for Passenger Control but not SensMe.

Can anyone advise as to whether I am missing something, is there a workaround?
