Sony NWZ-B153, DRM and Napster To Go

I just bought a NWZ-B153 to use with my Napster To Go subscription (it is compatible) but I get the message that it needs to be reformatted because the DRM software has become corrupted. I did this but still get the message. I rang Napster who said I have to get a firmware update from Sony but I can't find any on the website. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution? Any help much appreciated.

I have the same problem for mine - except that my error occured with the sync-ing of only some songs from windows media player.

Have contacted sony via email - just awaiting reply.

Have you had any success yet?

hi im having same problem with the same mp3 player u have i also need a firmware update but cant find it anywhere on sony website i will be going to a sony shop soon to ask so i'll let u know
