topic NW-A306 playback issue in Portable Audio

Hi, I purchased my Walkman a while back now and am very happy with it. However, one issue I have with it is connected to live recordings I've uploaded to it, and there are approx. 1 second gaps between the tracks which is very annoying. I've had a look through 'settings' and I can't find anyway of getting rid of the gaps. On my old iPod and iTunes, you could tick a box to leave the recording gapless, but there doesn't seem to be the same facility in my new Walkman. Anyone have any ideas?
