If so, and the headphones no longer connect to any Bluetooth device, it means it is a hardware issue. So you will need to contact your retailer directly to find out what solutions are available if your headphones are still within their one year warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>sony wf-c500 not connecting to any devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have previouslu had no issues with these until recently, when they stopped connecting to my chromebook after resetting the hardware. Now, when I try to pair them with my iphone and chromebook it will not connect to either. Before this, I had initialized the headphones as to try and get them to connect to the chromebook, and before doing this they would connect to my iphone, but now neither works. Anyone know how I can fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
