Cashback on soundbar

I bought a Sony soundbar because of the €50 cashback promised for that model on their website (Sony.nl). The model I purchased (HT-X8500) was included in this offer and the dealer was listed in the list published on Sony.nl.

The offer is still on Sony.nl and although it stopped on 26/6/2021 one is permitted to place a claim until 27/7/2021.

The answer I received from customer services was that the dealer was not partaking in this offer and it finished 26/2/2021....... just check out their web page "cashback soundbar sony nl"
