I have a digital UV copy of Jumanji in my sonypictures account but it won't play on my Sony android TV KD55-XE9305. Web browser is Opera but it's 2 years out of date. Does this have anything to do with why it won't play. Error message {"severity":2,"category":4,"code":9009,"data":[],"handled":false}

Apologies for the delay but Iv'e been away. The firmware is up to date, I have been in touch with the Sony Pictures Store who tell me that the browser on my TV (Opera) is not compatible with playing UV Digital films. I'm a bit confused as to how Sony's browser of choice is not compatible. I am waiting to hear more.
