Tuition on Camera set up and use of lenses required

Hello

Although I am photography enthusiast I'm looking for some sort of helpful, possibly 1-2-1 tuition, in the Hampshire region.

I have the ILCE-7M3K camera body with the SEL100400GM, the SEL1635GM and the SEL2470GM lenses. I'm off to Kenya in a few month's time to photograph the 'big tusker' elephants, possible to photograph Craig a super tusker, in Amboseli. The first lodge is for the elephants, the second lodge I can concentrate of landscape and other animals.

I have been to Africa a couple of times before but, as this is a special trip, I think that there is an opportunity here to ensure that I fully understand how best to set up my camera and the lenses, in particular the Sony 100 - 400 lens. My thinking is that spending time with someone professional will help me enormously. Thoughts?
