HT-SF200 Sound bar - stuck in a start up loop

Hi,

Had this sound bar for a year or so, no problems. I then unplugged it as part of the process of decorating a room. When I plugged it back in the three LEDS (Power, bluetooth and USB) all light up (Power first, then bluetooth and USB) they stay on for about 4 seconds and then all turn off together. This sequence then repeats. It seems to be stuck in this start up loop. I have tried to do a ‘factory reset’ but this seems to have no effect at all it just continues to go through the start up loop.

During the 4 seconds referred to above my PC sees and recognises the bluetooth connection request but after the 4 seconds things just repeat.

Any ideas?

Hi hewittrl, I'm sorry to hear that. Try to turn it on without any other devices connected. Then try the factory reset again. If the issue remains, it's time to send it for repair. Are you in the UK?
