Problem in batery Xperia Zl

to be connected to the electric current ZL my phone works well, disconnected and off, it does not stay lit, only appears in the SONY XPERIA screen ...

this failure after 5.0.2 update sotfware.

Any recommendation to solve this problem?

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Hi mariomartinez,

Welcome to the community,

On the chance you are using Mac we suggest using Bridge for Mac. I have supplied the instructions below.

And Bridge for Mac:
1. Launch Bridge for MAC without the handset connected.
2. On the Main Window select "Xperia > Repair Xperia Device".
3. Ensure the phone is charged and select "Ok" in the following window.
4. Select Continue on the following page.
5. Wait until the initialising step is finished the continue as below.
6 . Select your model of phone from the list that appears
7. Follow the connection steps that appear, ensuring that you are holding the relevant button down before during and after the connection phase until the update/repair begins.

but even my phone does not work ....

Hi everyone

I have the same problem whit my ZL. When I disconnect turn off. Sometime I can used Just 30% battery energy and off again.

When I turn on only start Xperia presentation and off.

Please help.
