no unlock attempts remaining

I have tried to unlock sony xperia Z.

I had unlock code /NCK/ just I did not know I got a not good micro sim card.

Finally lost all attempts.

I would like to use the phone abroad.

In the shop where I bought they sad to should re-configured or reset the phone?

Could I do myself?How to do it exactly?

SONY XPERIA Z O2 UK SECRET CODES:

There is a SIM lock menu that you can access by typing:

*#*#7378423#*#*

[x] Network 0

[ ] Network subset 0

[ ] Service provider 0

[ ] Corporate 0

[ ] SIM 0

I have got Network 0 this means no attempt left.

I should find an expert who could give me an advise whtat to do.

I don't think that will work but reinstall the current firmware with SUS
