how to split the display?

I can not split the display with sidesence.

App can not be moved to left like this movie. (0:25-0:30)

Does anyone know how to split the display?

Hi,

When I read your post, I just figured it out myself.

There are two ways:

Google Generic Way: multi-task on apps already open

1. swipe up on multi-task screen, long press icon above. Select Split screen.

Sony Special Way:

2. Long press on any app: top right has a split screen icon.

Supposedly Side Sense is supposed to have an app along with it to paired two favorite apps to launch together. Roll out will come out later I guess with the Xperia 1 release.

I just figured out how to split screen two Chrome.

Again the same two ways to create a split screen. Open Chrome on one first, any random app on another. Click option, Move to other window.
