Arrow Launcher cannot uninstall!!!

When I try to uninstall it and try to remove it's permission on device manager menu in security settings, settings brokes suddenly

I want to make sure that I understand your question correctly.

You installed the Arrow Launcher from Google Play store and when you are trying to uninstall it you run in troubles? If that is correct, you could please elaborate on what happens when you are trying to uninstall it?

I would also like to know which phone model and Android version you have, you can find this information in Settings > About phone.

Uninstall it from the Google play store page for the launcher.

Yes I downloaded it from Google play. I m using Xperia X by the way.
For uninstall it, system says me remove permission of Arrow Launcher on device manager menu in security settings. Neither I try to uninstall it from play store that is happening.

So when you go into Settings > Security > Lock screen & security > Device administrators, you can't unmark the checkbox next to the name of the launcher?

Could you please try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you are able to unmark this box and proceed with the uninstall of the launcher either in Settings > Apps or in the Google Play store.

Let us know how it goes or if you get a reply for the developers of the application!

You can install and try Arrow Launcher if you think you can handle that problem 😅 you should see what happens by yourself for understand it exactly

Hello again!

I just installed the Arrow Launcher in an Xperia X with the latest software installed and I had no troubles uninstalling it.

What I did was that I went into Settings > Lock screen & Security > Device administrators > tapped on "Arrow launcher" (the checkbox next to it was not marked) and in the bottom of the next screen there was an option called "Uninstall" and the app/launcher was uninstalled.

If you go back to Settings > Lock screen & Security and tap on "Clear credentials", try uninstalling the launcher again.

Let me know how it goes!

If you go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots in the top right corner > Show system > Settings > Storage > Clear data.

Try uninstalling the launcher now and see if you experience the same behaviour.
