it could be a an app acting up, clear the app data > restart the phone > check again.

Welcome to the community,

Sorry to hear about the apps, I have supplied the instructions on how to clear data from your applications if they play up.

Apps > Settings > Apps > Find the App > Press on Storage > Press Clear Cache.

Once done test them out.

Let us know how you get on.

I have tried this but it didn't work. I think this happened after I received an update few days ago. I don't think the problem with apps because it happened with two different apps.

You could attempt uninstalling the two affected applications and then reinstalling, this is however if it is only these two applications.

Let us know how you have got on so far.
