topic No small apps? in X Series

Ive been waiting for the Z6 as my new phone (currently own Z1 compact) But then they release Xperia X Performance who seem to be a really nice looking phone, is this maybe Z6 in camoflauge? however its a shame the phone got quite avarge reviews. Not sure if its worth a buy but if its a HUGE upgrade from my Z1 than im buying it right away.. My Question now follows: People have been complaining about 2 major things which is 1: it does not support FM radio.. which i would not use anyway. 2: No Small apps, Now what does that even mean ? wont i be able to download the same apps as im useing on my Z1 like audenticators for my Blizzard games or bank account apps ?.

Hi @Primative,

Welcome to the community.

Small apps are miniature apps that run on top of other applications on the same screen, to enable multi-tasking.

Your Banking app and Blizzard authenticator are full applications, even though they are small in size, in the sense that they open an app that takes up the whole screen. I can assure you that the Blizzard authenticator works perfectly fine on the Xperia X, (I use it myself) and my banking app at least has no issues.

You will be able to download and install any apps that are supported on Android 6.0 on the Xperia X without issue.

sr thats my problem too small apps ang fm radio my phone is sony z3 how can i fix this pls help can i speak tagalog!!? Pls.help
