my xperia x screen turning off while i make a call and listening to whatsapp audio,can't do anything. this problem happened after update to nougat

does this happen when you are on safe mode?

can you run xperia diagnostics , settings>about phone

since you recently updated you can perform software repair using Xperia Companion

@warrie Also, check the sensor for any dirt or grease, it is very sensitive. Clean it and the situation should be ok.

already clean up the sensor and this problem also while listening to whatsapp audio.
