topic No data, no APN menu in X Series

Hi

I just arrived in Australia, but I'm not getting mobile data.

I tried downloading APN settings (Settings - More - Internet settings) over Wi-Fi, but it still isn't working.

I suspect the APN settings are wrong, but there's no Access Point Names setting to check. (It should be under Settings - More - Mobile networks, but the only option there is for data roaming -- that's enabled).

Any suggestions?

are you using a local sim? or the simcard you have at your home country? have you contacted your network if they support roaming data?

how about when you try to use a local simcard?

It's a US SIM, and yes, they support roaming data.

After I got the Nougat update yesterday, I now have the APN settings menu, and was able to get it working.
