    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your Sony XM5s are turning off instead of going into pairing mode. Try holding the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth pairing" or see the LED light blinking blue and red. If they’re still turning off, make sure they’re charged, then try resetting them by holding the power button for 20 seconds. After that, try pairing with your laptop again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve currently got my Sony xm5s connected to my phone and no other device. I’m trying to connect it via Bluetooth to my windows laptop however when I hold down the power button to turn them into pairing mode they turn off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
