We got the product through a long-distance sales contract.
The label on the TV and the number box disagrees, and also when registering for an extended warranty, it states that the requested model does not exist. Xr-65x90j is offered
Another tag option is offered that is not the same as the TV itself. The TV has the sony XR-65X95J tag ser.no:5007565
The problem is also the question of what this is all about, and is this all correct.?
I'd like to explain.

Before you do this make sure that you have the correct model by pressing the Help button no the remote and then if it's different just change it on the link at the ned or type it here and I will do it for you.
