XZs Compact Noise Cancellation not working

After connecting sony mdr zx110nc to my xperia xzs ,still i can see Noise Cancelling option in my xperia is greyed out.But as mdr zx11onc is a noise canceling Headphone ,so it should work on my Xperia XZS as noise canceling headphone.

NB: I have bought both mobile and headphone two weeks ago.

it seems that this headphones have built in NC, hence it's grayed out

You will need headphones like this (3.5 mm 4-pole audio contact)

Actually at first I wanted to gain access two step nc...I have thought that maybe it would reduce more noise if I could able to activate bothe headphone and mobile...Now I got it.. Thank you
