Obviously, its not a problem with all Sonys. Are you storing your music in a SD card? Which format? Which bitrate?

Hi. There is a serious problem with music player of Sonys (I had this problem with my previous phone as well which was XZ5 compact), it happens a lot that it goes to the next track in the middle of a song while playing and doesn't let you listen to it to the end anymore even you go back, it doesn't play some songs from the beginning as well and just goes to the next track. It happened with an update in my previous phone. It has been always fine before and also with my earlier Sony phones but unfortunately it's not resolved yet in XZ1. So could you please resolve this issue in the next software update?
Thank you so much.

I’d try to test the song in the computer to be sure that song files are ok and then try to play them when stored in the phone internal storage. If it’s ok, them the SD card may be corrupted. I can’t think of anything else...
