My device gets hacked daily off cheeky Basdards , got total control of my device and games, any advice how to stop them or who to call for help police are useless

First, backup using Xperia Companion all your important data (don't add apps or settings to the backup), then perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

After the repair is finished, don't install any suspicious apps or download APKs from unknown sources.

Just to echo what @Quester has said, wipe it and do the software repair.

The only way somebody has remote access to your device is through a unscrupulous app.
