topic Serious touchscreen sensitivity issue in XZ Series

Just got my XZ2c. I very much like it, shape and in-hand feel in particular. But I have a pretty upsetting screen sensitivity issue: it misses one tap/press in about 5 or 6 (does not react), irrespective of where I am on the screen. It's also laggy, much more so than my Xc and my XZ1c. In this state, I think it's unusable; typing is a chore.

(It's received the April security update; and I factory reset it afterwards. Glove mode off (tried on as well). Same problem.)

So it's not exactly the issue reported here. Closer to this post.
