Problems playing music

Hey

I've just bought a new Xperia XZ2 Compact, and I really like it, but I have a huge problem - I cannot get ANY player to play my music, which is on a memorycard.

I can get the Music player and Pi Music player to play the first couple of seconds of a few of the songs - the rest, well, they just don't play.

I did get it to work once, after a restart, but then, after some time where I didn't played any music, it started again (like, one hour without music)

I sure the files are readable, my old samsung had no problems reading them...

Please help me! This is really a dealbreaker for me 😕

Hi @Yessika;

Have you tried remove the micro SD card and insert it again and restart the phone?

If that doesn't work try move the files to the internal memory.

As last try it also in safe mode.
