Device will not power on

Pretty sure this is a send off for warranty repair kind of thing but thought I'd at least ask before being without it for a few weeks...

Using my device quite happily, probably 90% battery. Put it down, picked it up again 5 minutes later and completely unresponsive. Tried plugging into usb cable for power / data but no response. Tried calling it but straight to voicemail so definitely powered off. Tried a different charge, no response (not even the charging LED) and lastly tried holding the power key and volume up for 10 seconds to force a restart - again nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this and if yes how did you get it working again?

Try the 2 minute forced restart.

Thanks - just gave that a try but still stays powered off unfortunately. Popping it back to where I purchased it today so fingers crossed should have it back repaired in the not too distant future.
