After I updated my xperia xz premium to the latest oreo, I have expirienced troubles with the camera when I want to shoot a video in slow motion. It starts to blink off and on. Also my volume and camera buttons doesn't work properly they work some of the time then they stop . I assume it's some kind og bug in the software update .

Hi @Lysetsvokter

So sorry to know that 😕

After an update, a big update, the phone takes some time to settle! I recomend you to try again after some hours.

However, if you still find that kind of problems, i recomend you to boot your phone into safe mode to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having. Sometimes, an application may not be fully optimized for the latest Android system and could be interfering with that:

If you run your phone in safe mode for a while and you don’t experience any problem, the problem you’re having is most likely related to a third party app that you’ve installed.

How to boot into safe mode differ from models to model and it can also be different depending on firmware version but this topic will explain to you how to do it.

NOTE!
Booting into safe mode may change personal UI customizations such as icons, folders and widgets.

When you restart to normal mode again, some 3:rd party apps that has a sign in may require that you sign in again

Xperia devices running Android Oreo (Android 8.0).

Press and hold the power button and then press and hold "Power off" until the device automatically is restarted. The device will now boot up in safe mode.

To exit safe mode, simply restart the device as normal.

Please, let me know how it goes!

The problem was not solved. I have the same problem with my volume keys that they stop working after a while. Also now my tidal application seems to be not working for some reason. I think it can be the software update. I have tried the safe mode
