    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;H2&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;hello, i own a w395 walkman phone. when i starts a bluetooth it shows meessege &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;"canceled"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt; and bluetooth never gets start. it also creates a dump files in memorycard each of 16 mb in size.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;i repair it for three times from service centre, two times they changed the motherboard of it, but after 7-8 days the bluetooth not fuctioning.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;please help me...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to have the W395 and it would also create these dump files, usually when downloading emails, so I just had to delete them because they took up too much memory.As for your Bluetooth problems, you could try a master reset, as this is the only reset option for this phone.Hope this helps. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to select the Reset All option and the phone will reset itself and then restart itself--if it doesn't and it gets stuck on the SE logo after the reset, take the battery out, replace it and restart it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
